A Dog Story is the musical tail - uh - tale of Roland, a young career-obsessed lawyer who believes he needs to get married to get promoted.

Thanks to the advice of his womanizing best friend Guy, Roland brings along an [invisible-to-the-audience!] puppy, Cupid, on his Hamptons vacation as a "chick magnet." 

But Roland has no clue how Cupid will turn his world - and the worlds of Guy, woman-of-his-dreams Blair, and dog trainer Miranda - upside down. And how the love of a puppy will change them all forever.
